On behalf of the family of Ann Garbera, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all for you thoughts, prayers, cards and donations. Your generous support truly eases the pain we feel in the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Special thanks to Father Jadick for the comfort you gave in Ann’s final hours. To the Richfield Springs Ambulance Squad for their assistance in times of need. To the Staff and Doctor’s at Bassett Health Care’s emergency room, respiratory and special care unit. A special thank you to Rich and Brittany of the 5th floor SCU, who touched Ann’s heart with their extra caring personalities. Last, but certainly not least, there are no words to express our gratitude to mom’s physician, Dr. Adam Siegers, for not only his general care, but the extended time and words he always spent making sure her emotional needs were met as well. He is an exceptional doctor who makes a difference with his personal touch, not only in the life of his patients, but also their families.
