RSCS Reunion - August 20-22 2010

Monday, February 16 Jeanette O. Borne, 22, and Kenneth Workman, 24, both of James Street, Richfield Springs, were arrested and charged with allegedly stealing approximately 80 CDs and DVDs from someone at the same location. Borne and Workman were both charged with larceny.


Friday, February 20 Eric P. Smith, 39, of Bridgewater, was charged with driving a snowmobile while intoxicated after being stopped on Route 20 in Winfield, in the town of Plainfield.


Saturday, February 21 Mary Monahan, 51, of Mohawk, was charged with DWI after a stop on Route 20 in West Winfield.


Thursday, February 26 Zachary W. Lewis, 24, of Leonardsville, was charged with DWI after a stop on Route 51 in West Winfield.


Thursday, February 26 Robert P. Schultz, 54, of James Street, Richfield Springs, was charged with DWI, no plate lamp, no rearview mirror, refusal to take a breath screening test, and resisting arrest.


Saturday, February 28  Leo Yearry, 45, of Hoose Road, Cherry Valley, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana in the town of Springfield.


Sunday, March 1 Jenelle Rose, 29, of West Winfield, was charged with DWI.


Wednesday, March 4 Joshua Cable, 24, of County Road 23, Richfield Springs, was charged with three counts of forgery in the second degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and Public Health Law possession of a controlled substance outside of its original container.


The above entries were recorded via New York State Police records.
