• Thursday, March 1 – John A. Kilts, 42, of 15 Linden Ave., Richfield Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct. Kilts was arraigned and released on $350 bail. • Friday, March 2 – Joseph A. Seamon, 30, Richfield Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, suspended registration and operating without insurance during a traffic stop. • Tuesday, March 6 – Larry E. Bond III, 39, of Schuyler Lake, was charged with violating parole. • Friday, March 9 – Malinda K. Burdick, 39, of 362 Taylor Road, Richfield Springs, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree. Burdick was charged with this felony as the result of an 11 month investigation conducted by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office and the Otsego County District Attorney’s Office. A former store manager of Taylor’s Mini Mart in Richfield Springs, Burdick allegedly stole $22,245 in lottery tickets between January 2004 and February 2006. Burdick has a scheduled county court date of April 13, at 10 a.m.
