• Saturday, Feb. 4 – Jeffrey Weeks, 28, of Brookfield, was arrested
and charged with driving while intoxicated after refusing a breath
test. He was later arraigned at the town of Richfield court and then
posted bail. He is to appear in court at a later date.
• Saturday, Feb. 4 – Lamishia N. Taylor, 31, of Utica, was arrested
and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle,
operating with a suspended registration, and uninspected motor vehicle.
Information provided by the Otsego County Sheriff’s office reports that
police arrested Taylor after an investigation into a one car motor
vehicle accident on County Highway 50 in the town of Cherry Valley. Her
vehicle was impounded and she was released on tickets returnable to the
town of Cherry Valley court March 1.
• Tuesday, Feb. 7 – Autumn Bond, 17, of Schuyler Lake, was arrested
and charged with petit larceny for allegedly stealing cough and cold
medicine at Kinney Drugs. Police reports state Bond was viewed on
surveillance cameras at Kinney’s, in Richfield Springs.
• Wednesday, Feb. 8 – Earl Booker, 53, of Utica, was arrested after
police stopped to help a disabled vehicle in front of the fire
department on Route 28 in Fly Creek. He was then charged with
unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Police learned at that time
there were outstanding warrants for his arrest for drug charges in New
York, and for credit card fraud, in Norfolk, Va. Booker was remanded to
jail on $400 cash and $1,000 bond.
